The process has started . . . . . .

Some of you may have figured out I am relocating by the other than Rock things showing up on the web site. The process has started, I have made four trips to Good Will, some lucky people are getting some cool stuff, and now I am packing.

I you live in the Portland, OR or Vancouver, WA area you might be interested in an enormous amount of black velvet gift boxes, various sizes, ring, pendant, necklace and a few bracelet boxes too. The quantity and volume is just too much to ship, so somebody in my area is going to get about $350.00 worth of those black velvet gift boxes for $100.00.

I, as anyone would, enjoy hearing from my customers. So I'm tooting my own horn by sharing a comment I just received. I spend some time with my customers when I have the opportunity and I think more jewelry designers should engage their vendors, you might get even better service.

I must say thank you to all of you who have purchased rocks, 2011 was great which has allowed me to find some great buys of Lapis, Turquoise and Malachite. I'm working on getting everything ready to post. 

I've e-met some really great jewelry artists, newer and older, and I'm looking forward to meeting more in 2012. 

I've learned much over the last four years and I become more grateful to everyone and for everyone - everyday.  Thank you so much!

Hopefully I'll get better at my lapidary work, and can offer some really great new stones since I've been collecting some pretty interesting slabs. I might start offing slabs, haven't made up my mind yet because shipping can be an issue, slabs are heavy.

All shipping charges have been removed from the cart.

Minimum Order: $20.00 to get free shipping

(Still no penalty for small Orders!)

Orders under $20.00 apply the shipping & handling charge button.

Shipping is a flat fee, $2.50 no matter how many stones you purchase or what the weight is.

Why am I doing this? Well, I hate paying shipping as much as you do.

Over the last two years I have had only 3 orders under $20.00 I've decided it will just be more simple to eliminate those nasty shipping charges, and I like keeping things simple.

*(Just in case I missed one, you have two choices. You can email me and I will correct the add to cart button, or I can just refund the ship charge should it show up. I hate to admit mistakes and over sights but heck, I am human. It was quite an undertaking to remove the shipping charges. )
